Kinda makes it more fitting having a 75% chance to reduce your eye dodge meter than to instadie
i know its a challenge but it can be a option to tick on or off maybe?

I love a high risk high reward custom characters, but sans isn't high enough reward yet and his design isn't cohesive enough. A dodge system would do both while keeping the theme, being relatively simple to implement, and give sans the boost he needs to be higher risk and reward. The sanity loss idea would make using the weapon/fighting path still less than ideal like the original nerfs, but allow him to still scale into the late game for players willing to being the chaos of low sanity. This would be a good synergy with the dodge system too, since the sanity loss would give him nightmare fuel that he could stock pile dodges with.
If you wanted to give it some extra polish, have sans say pun after pun when He is insane, like he is trying to cheer himself up xD
The way he is balanced right now makes him a strong early game and decentish mid game, but useless late game.
Anyways, let me know what you think about any of these ideas.

If you are taking critiques, you should add a "dodge" system. I don't imagine it would be too hard either, seeing as its all simple boolean logic.
I think the best cost would be to consume a nightmare fuel every dodge. Makes it expensive, but not unreasonable. Additionally, it would keep with the theme. Late game sans would be untouchable after farming a bunch of nightmare fuel.
Personally, I would also remove no damage from weapons and give it to unarmed. I'm not a fan of the no-weapons con; weapons are a lot of how you damage scale into mid and late game. If you want something to really nerf him though, give him a sanity loss every time he witnesses anything die (to keep the theme of Karma). If that's too hard to code, then just things He kills himself. You can even make it substantial (Like 40).
