(I made the flak jacket to be properly stuffable by editing the textures in paint.net and rebalanced the flak jacket to not require components but slightly more stuffable stuff, you can now make a devilstrand flak jacket for example that improves its quality slightly while giving all the benefits of a jacket in terms of insulation while a regular cloth flak jacket is the same as vanilla)
If you object I will not publish it since these are originally your textures. I will give credit and link to your original mod ofcourse.

Since many IRL biker vests tend to be various colors, it'd be awesome to be able to dye the vest without changing the patch.

「クールダウン時間(近接武器)」については近々削除して再びアップロードする予定です。
しかし、防具に付与されたクールダウン時間(近接武器)は
キャラクターのクールダウン秒(平均値)に影響しないようですね・・・
※アサルトスーツの有無で数値は変わりませんでした
