it might be broken at this point in time make sure your physics setting is set to high the plane was made before the physics option so it might have some troubles

The front landing gear gives up every takeoff and smashes the nose and im unable to fly because of it.

Yup, you can always get a parachute from somewhere eles tho if you are worried about fall damage
