The problem is that you have used local copies of the two props when creating the factory.

You can avoid having this problem for new assets that you create, or fix the ones like this that have problems, by doing the following:

Upload your props to the workshop, move the originals to an external storage for safekeeping, download the props from the workshop and then make your building/asset using these props.
