player.additem [the code] 1
( the code being what you just received from help command )
Simply type in the name of the sword you wish to get the code of.

It's easy once you follow the steps. To be honest, I wouldn't know if that enchantment would be a good idea to incorporate here, as the mod would then require users to possess Dragonborn DLC in order to use this mod and I want to keep it user friendly for those who do not have that dlc.
@celectt: The blade is able to be crafted once you have the necessary perks and ingredients, see description above.
