This mod npc model very look like a game unit Blue SWAT but is reskin to black and why there's no Heavy Blue SWAT skin replacing ???

Heavily modded Half-life 2 Episode 2 (It's a fully standalone mod, but uses the hl2 client and server .dlls) I don't have a team or anything and my programming skills are horrendous :)

i don"t know what game your making but be carefull not to screw up the proportions like many devs do nowadays get the muscled arms off armed guards right,
