I'll test some more out tonight, let the sim run for a while. I think it's likely that Doggo is seeing some weird road connection issue maybe?

@Captain Doggo, I am not experiencing any issues with the fire department and police being unable to service these assets. Through the Asset Editor everything is just defaulted and does not show up for the Low Residential option. I can try updating and re-saving the RICO definition to see if that did something.

Is anyone else having issues with this?

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Weird glitch with these assets, they just keep catching fire and the police are unable to service these homes!
