@Leo-Sadow and @b.k.cwik - There are actually several pieces to these parking spots. If you are very careful, you can delete the "sub" pieces individually with either the regular bulldozer or with move it.

If you delete the correct pieces, there should be parking spots left with no blue spots.

HOWEVER, you will have to use some sort of decal (I use pavement or brick) to place underneath otherwise the parking spots will look like they were just placed on the ground...

Hope that helps. Works for me, and cars still park in them, too.

hey i have a problem with the BIG parking lots. all of them appear with blue concrete. its like ist missing a texture? can anyone help me out?

You need to use the TMPE Presidential traffic manager mod to be make your cims use realistic parking and so they dont have packet cars anymore. There is many good tutorial or video channels out there explaining TMPE. (somebody correct me if I am wrong, I am still new myself)

Hey hockenheim95, is there any chance you would do the handicap spaces with blue lines as an add-on? Here in California all of the lines around these spaces are blue. I also wish I could find cross walks for parking lots with blue lines as that is most of what you see here.

Cities is still download as we speak I never got around to playing but already considering MODS. Do the Cims actualy adhere to the parking spaces identified. Don't know if the games complex enough to have disabled Cims but do do trucks only park in a truck space etc etc or is this just for aesthetics? Probably getting it either way just curious. Looks amazing well done!

I was just swearing about having to use other assets to get f.ex accessible parking spots into the parkings using this mod when playing today, and it is a huge hustle with ploppable asphalt/grass/pavement.
Was looking for another mod and accidentally stumbled into these updates (Installed the big parkings a while ago when this didn't exist).
Using this and also the freeform you made is the answer to my cursings in game today.
You did it, you absolute mad-man! WELL DONE! <3 <3 <3
This parking is also usable in combination with the Zuben:s "Solar EV Charging Station":s assets. Looks really nice in combination!

Field parking is a completely different thing than BIG Parking Lots. In CS the streets are sunken by 0.3 m into the ground. Therefore you have to use several tricks to implement parking on street Level. Field parking would be a completely new project with new mechanics. But I think you can already do that. There are invisible roads and invisible parking lots on the workshop.

Hey man, great content, but I had a question: What about field parking? Like what you'd see for open air concerts or renaissance festivals? Any plans on an expansion with that kind of parking in mind? Something like that could be used in a lot of places (hello, specialized industry!) or heck, even just invisible parking spots and networks to put over grass between the basic dirt roads would work.

It's not finished for release as I have problems with one node that flips around when you close the circuit. An early version is available for patrons though.

@Ciar Aon That's exactly the mechanic that I'm going to implement next week. I will release a network, that only consists of the Border without any road or lanes attached. And sharp corners will be possible!!!!

Using an unconnected segment of border road and moving it adjacent to a filler road extends the parking area and creates a single sided effect.
