Production from river tiles seems kind of OP for so early in the game; maybe +1 gold per tile instead?

"Christian fundamentalists destroyed the Great Library. Arabs saved some things stored there; that's why we have as much from the ancient world as we do."

Eh, no. The Library was 'destroyed' repeatedly (last by a zealous khaliph Omar) and most ancient texts were preserved by educated Byzantines. Who collected their books everywhere, including from Muslims.

I've downloaded your mod. However, I've never been able to make it work. Is there a certain civilization that is only able to use this mod?

Fundamentalist Christians did not destroy the Great Library. Christian Fanatics destroyed it, something that should be mourned. Fundamentalists today are not the fanatics of yesterday.

Dear awsome wondermaker REGALMANEMPEROR

I would like to leave a suggestion for 3 wonders.

1. Library of Alexandria (destroyed by Romans)

2. Bayt al Hikmah (House of Wisdom), center of islamic intellectual life during the Golden Age of the Mutazilites (anti sunni/anti shia rationalist muslims under influence of Hellenist philosophy, yay!) It was destroyed by Hulagu Khan of the Mongols :(((((((

3. Academy of Gondishapur, center of Persian Sassanian intellectual life during the pre-islamic 6th to 7th centuries. It was where Hellenist dissidents could flee to from Christian oppression in the Byzantine Empire to continue their works!

Almost all of your wonders give a new luxury. I almost expected this to give mummies as a luxury resource :D

what is known about the mummies of egypt is the British and French use to grind them for medication in Europe. There was so many of them the British used Mummies for fuel in their steam trains.

There is video on it if you do not believe me. Feel free to look it up on Youtube for 1800s movies

There are no rivers in the Valley of the kings. The valley was formed by weaker rock strata eroding faster than the surrounding cliffs. The site was chosen for its extreme dryness in preserving mummies and the idea that tomb raiders would not think to look in such an inhospitable place. For the most part they were correct. King Tutankhamen's tomb was perfectly preserved and remained unopened until 1922. Valley of the Kings should be built on or near a desert hill.

I've just got a suggestion for the quotation: I would instead use:

"'My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away."
- Percy Bysshe Shelley
