uhh... when you install Garry's Mod, the very first thing Half-Life 2 gets is a English version already. double check your addons, there might be something that might be corrupting it

All you do is hit subscribe on the workshop, and it'll be on your game automatically. you don't need to really do anything else

Nope, This is just meant for if anyone ever wanted Overwatch in just Chinese. Nothing is required to use this mod~ enjoy your time!
