Im going unsubcribe from this and try the factions seperately as all i seem to get in the MODS cruiser and decimator which both, after copping a single round from my weapons, apparently fling all their turrets at me . . . . . . . i susptect this is a bug of the NPC weapons upgrade mod though. Now youll have to excuse me but i have about thirty turrets to clean up . . . . . . .:steamhappy:

If this is the legacy version: perhaps you could write this down in the description, so people know to rather subscribe to the separate faction mods.

To be honest the first sentence in the description reads like this combined package is the updated version, but I presume you meant that the separate factions are the updated versions of this package instead.

That said - can I just "remove" this faction mod and subscribe to all the separate ones mid-game?

Can we have permission to upload a mod with some of your content for private use with an unlisted posting (i.e. for a server). We would want permission to tweak the ships for our custom scenario and factions. Also if this only applies to certain mods of yours could you please let us know?

I tried the mod but fail to see the fun in it sofar. You go near an installation and two drones or something spawn MK4 or MK5 , you come in range of 800m and they just blast your fighter out of the sky in 2sec flat ... yay fun ... , only way I could go close was switch to creative admin cheat mode and make AA ground flak vehicles with auto turrets ... fail to see the fun sofar ...

So dunno the exacts, but recently had a situation regarding what I think was either a MODS.Perigrine cargoship escorted by Diode drones despawn on it's cargo route, causing the drones to change to assault protocols, or the diode drones spawned from the same vector or so from this cargoship's path and came to attack. This wouldn't be as big a problem if it wasn't for the fact I was at MES threat level 45, barely getting my starting mining rig going.

205 asc atlas. is one that i cant get in, i only saw one entrance, the back where the hanger is, and the main door was locked, cant get in.

So, are MODS supposed to completely destroy their property if you're near it? I found a weapons depot, which of course spawn some "guard dogs"....which have no problem completely destroying the MODS weapon depot if you're anywhere near it!

I kinda find it funny actually, btw, if I take out the antenna will the depot not spawn their guard dogs? asking for a friend

Hello.
is this mod or its dependency capable of creating the following situation:
I destroyed the enemy ship almost completely, only pieces were left of it, without turrets and guns. after my turrets fired the last few shots at the rubble, my ship just exploded. he had a huge through hole in the hull and completely destroyed equipment. there was a feeling that a warhead exploded in my ship! How could the wreckage of an enemy ship inflict such severe damage?

@G3Nuke This is the older mod, those seperate ones are updated versions (I'm gradually working on updating each faction from this as its own seperate mod.

@Walto Without changing the behavior file of every LG ship/station it can't be changed and it's one of the main features of the mod so I'm not inclined to.

That's very weird, best I can suggest is to blacklist the mammoth from spawning since it's the one that's causing the issue. Chat command is /MES.Settings.General.NpcSpawnGroupBlacklist.Add.THIE-36-Mammoth-Parking-Bay

Well i got right next to the mammoth and crashed then i loaded back in crash again and again then i saw 20-30 drones on the screen stacked.

There isn't a config in the same way that vanilla does it, just to clarify does the graphics driver crash or the 20/30 drones happen first? I've never heard of that kind of issue before (And I've had some really weird ones :) )

What drone limit? I just tested it and checked the behavior file, spawns 2 drones on spawn and then waits the 5-30 minutes before it spawns another 2 more.

Umm my comment get deleted? Basicly there is a issue with mammoth from THIE that causes graphics driver to crash and spawn 20 to 30 drones when i have drone limit to 10 or 5.

@Rekalty 1. Are you running the NPC Weapons Upgrade mod? Nothing in MODS can do what you described.
2. It's bolded at the top of the description how this works, interior turrets/traps are almost pointless when you can simply grind through the wall

What's up with some of the MODS ships using apparently mental powers to explode parts of my ships when I get too close? I see no missile turrets or launchers, and it bypasses any kind of shield mod as well, feels super broken. Also the instant death from trying to grind their structures is just terrible, I get that having some kind of defense against it is good, but isn't that what turrets and traps are for?

Moved Space Pirates Enhanced from SPRT to SPRTE. ABOMINATION and SPRTE explosions probability reduced to 50% and explosion range nerfed from 100m to 40m. Removed PPP Dependency (can still be used if you want). Target profiles now have 150 target value minimums (except for the small drones ones)

@Zyrixion agreed. Today my faction fought 3 times against the SPRT-Stinging-Adversary-MK2. 3 differents in 2 hours. We alredy know that is a super weak ship and useless. the point is that even if we destroy all its the turretts we cannot remove this shit from floathing above the base. destroying the remote control the ship totally explode destroying everything in a weirdo way. collisions totally random. so the only way it is to not destroy it.. but we have the problem that every time remains the SPRT-Stinging-Adversary-MK2 floathing above the base so we have to call the Admin for remove it. it super annoing this thing and useless becouse this ship is not balanced. what is the meaning of this ship? to fight? but it is not fair becouse we cannot obtain nothing from this ship. no materials, no rewards. it is look like a punishment ship. something sent for the faction that build too much. we don't understand the spawning of this ship. please fix it. tnx!

@TheFinalEvent97 A % chance what, per ship? Per shot? Thus far I have not had one *not* explode while trying to destroy the RC unit, and I don't really care to try to build a statistically significant data pool because there's literally nothing for me to gain in engaging an enemy that is, by all appearances, just going to damage my ship and leave me nothing in return but the opportunity to kill myself in one of a variety of ways trying to eke out its meager salvage. Mechanics that actively incentivize the player to not engage in the content or punish the player for engaging the content are not good mechanics. The content is otherwise great, but depriving the player their just rewards for downing a ship is ridiculous, having to test grind a ship to see if it kills you or explodes before you start salvaging it is both ridiculous and tiring.

@Zyrixion agreed. I generally like RivalAI, but it seems all RivalAI mods have remotes that double as warheads. I understand that some people like the feature, but i would like some options that are actually worth interacting with, space engineers is isolationist enough as is. Even in multiplayer.

@TheFinalEvent97 It should be noted, not only is this entire shtick of ships being unboardable and killing you for grinding them fucking stupid, it's fucking broken, too. You can't disable the remote control block to make them safe to grind, because apparently attempting to do so causes the ship to fucking detonate and destroy not only itself but everything around it. So there's literally nothing to gain by engaging anything added by the mod...

On multiple occasions i had a npc kamikaze my base and after destroying remote control block (i found out it is remote contol block after few experiments) it exploded like a atom bomb dealing damage in a radius cca 100m dealing no damage to voxels but destroying block throught voxels. And the is nothing left from the ship after the explosion not a single block.
