would it be possible for you to add medics for the soviets and nod factions please?
one of the greatest issues of the entire CNC franchise was just such a hard time of just giving all of the factions reliable ways to heal their infantry it would more always often than not railroad soviet and nod players into only playing with vehicles which they could reliably heal

Is this supposed to still work? I have teh mod subscribed and activated in Red Alert, but don't seem to have any of the features working. I can't make rally points.

Good potential but could do with more options for harvesters in the config file? At the moment harvesters stray too far away from their base and commit suicide.

The havester going across the entire map issue sadly isn't confined to the enemy AI but also your own havesters, resulting in their death quite often unless you micromanage them. It was the reason in the end that I unsubscribed from this mod. Shame, as the content of this mod is otherwise excellent.

Unfortunately the mod seems to (on many maps) make the Harvester AI go crazy.
They will literally walk across the entire map to the opposite side for some reason, in order to collect resources.

Any potential fix on this?
Other than that great mod, much appreciated. =)

@SnW: Only Red Alert. There are similar mods available for Tiberian Dawn too, though.

Try CFE Patch Redux, or Veterancy mod for these sorts of QoL improvements in Tiberium Dawn, because this mod has never been ported to TD, as far as I know anyway.

Not sure why, but my ore harvesters as well as the AI's harvesters keep going to the other side of the map to get ore? Has only happened since using this mod.

This mod breaks the Allies "Poland: Negotiations" mission. Hostages won't follow Tanya, making the primary objective unwinnable.

Nope, no glitch, this mod has only ever been made for and usable by Red Alert; it has never been in any way connected to C&C Tiberium Dawn...

I think Rampastring meant they don't accept friends requests from unknown people on Steam, and I guess by extension that means not accepting messages then from unknown people as well.

I know bast merged your harvester and cfehunter pathfinding. Im tyring to figure out how to fix the harvester going to another side of the map. That only happen with the mod. Im not sure if its from goto_tiberium, mission_move or from the pathfinding

At the moment I just started to figure out about rules.ini for RA. I am working (more or less) on a own campaing for RA and maps between. I sent a request cause I have no idea how to chat otherwise. Its nothing concrete yet but you never know. I would prefere other communication than in this official forum here.

This sounds nice. I actually played a mod which gives AI improvements but will also give yours a try in the future.

You mentioned working on Dawn of the Tiberium Age?
I played it with a friend 2 weeks ago. I think its amazing, looking on C&C NET seeing, what the community has done over the years. Its great in my opinion and I just wanted to say thanks.

Not sure wwhy you would be loosing under accessability, you should be looking in the mods tabs in options (obviously). Also make sure you are looking for it in Red Alert, not Tiberian Dawn as this is well a Red Alert mod ;)

I like everything in this mod - but the harvester AI still has issues.
Sometimes when they are on their way back, they just turn around and drive back to the ore field and this can happen several times in a row, too. I think this happens when a harvester that is nearer to the refinery takes their place in the queue so havester that is still farther away loses his spot. Instead of getting the next spot in the queue and thus waiting beside the refinery until then it just turns around. With bad timing this can happen over and over again.

EA did not break mod compatibility in their latest patch, so the mod still works (at least it does for me). The mod only does not include the DLL-side changes in the latest patch, some of which wouldn't affect the mod anyway because of the replaced behaviour (like their harvester AI changes).

I will be updating the mod to include the hotfix DLL changes too, though.

EA released another hotfix? I thought the news item they released on the 24th September was just an article about modding rules they wanted modders to conform to. I didn't realise that it also included a hotfix. In that case then you are correct about this mod not working until it gets updated again. My apologies for not realising another update to the EA code had been made.

Yes, it in fact has already been updated for the recent patch; for future reference considering checking the view updates link next to the mod's cover picture if you are unsure as most mod author's will provide specifics about the things in the mod that have changed after updates there.
