How could I change the files to be the statue of liberty color? you know that olive old copper green?

Love this. How about this color? Reminds me of when the bridges here in NYC get a little old. This is before they repaint them to "battleship grey" It's a mix of a greenish grey. https://www.color-hex.com/color/8fae90

The Golden Gate Bridge was built in 1937, but we don't get it until 1940:(

I will use this mod for the western span of the Bay Bridge on my SF Bay Detailed map. One thing I was hoping I could do was change the number of towers spawned, as I can only fit one on the Golden Gate.

Are you trying to build after 1940? Note that any mods that change the date of the vanilla suspension bridge's availability won't effect this mod.

@Gr1m Yes the bridge I built is red, and I failed to find the ones in other colors, like light gray.

Updated to work with the current patch version and to fix some existing and known issues from the testing patch. Updated textures, new icons, and I did a bit of a clean up to reduce the file size as well.

Just as a heads up, this will be updated within the next 24 hours or so to fix all of the existing known issues. I just need some sleep first, since I more or less had to remake the mod from the ground up due to the release patch version of the suspension bridge being significantly different from the testing version I originally created this mod with xP

@Lunatic: The original speed set by UG was 90. Ill be fixing it in the next update.

@Exeed: Per my post below, you're using the wrong version and this isn't compatible with it. you need to be on the testing branch patches to use this atm. Suspension bridges aren't supported by the release patch yet.

So I reverted back to the release patch version, and I get the exact error message posted below. So if you're getting game crashes, you're using the wrong version. This mod will only work with the testing patches - Version 29189 or later.

You can check the game version in the main menu on loading up the game. If you're using a version earlier than this than this mod will not work.

at the time of construction on a river I select the bridge which is superb and play this closes at the time when I validate the construction and error message

@Exeed: Thanks for the error report! Can you confirm what version you're running on? It should be visible when you first load up the game.

this error is usually caused by modding.the syntax of some game ressources in not correct

Also I cannot look into crash causes without information. Saying it crashes the game without any information from the stdout or anything is of zero use to me.

I'm going to assume that most of the crashes are caused by not reading the description and using the wrong version instead of the testing branch - however, if you ARE on the testing branch and this is causing a crash, I will need more information in order to look into it.

The patch that was pushed through today has updated the textures of the original bridge slightly, adding in some alpha channel stuff and generally making the red bridge more detail.

It's my intent to update this mod to be the same, but I'm not going to do it straight away just in case they alter the textures or meshes or anything any further.
