How can you give permission to place a mod, that you don't even own, in a modpack(, let alone upload to the workshop without permission)?

When using this mod now the character is floating on some objects, ex: car hood. In old man game.

@88Mike, helper.p3d patch disables application of "Climb" function to certainly located objects preventing going "through the wall" - that is why called "ghost fix".
