I try to play this but no units are appearing on the unit select screen and a floating camera in single player

I can't seem to play this, it says something along the lines of "no entry, cfg bin apothecarium" every time I try. Is there another mod I'm missing or something?

No longer playable as Pilot_Blue_B has been removed from TIOW or is part of some mod that isn't listed.

If I wanted to use this map for an op, could I just load it from eden editor and make a scenario or do I have to launch it as a scenario already and then become Zeus…..?
