Considering the requirements for this it is actually feeling underpowered at least in lategame.

Currently using a spellsword/blade combo with ironice greatsword and the spellsword feels like the less useful class. In particular the spellsword skills do not benefit from augments and imbues while the blade's Shockwave is a ranged attack that does get these things

There is no trainer, it only has xp requirements
