If you are wondering about the Kar98-k. It had a magazine that was internal. The magazine would be loaded with 5-round stripper clips to load it. What some of you might mean is that the magazine is not detachable.

actually there was clip for the k98, the so called "Grabenmagazin" which was quite uncommonly used in ww2, but in ww1. It would be totally possible to attach it to the k-version used in ww2. Good job, love it
