Map never loads just like others have said

I was looking for a nice Dubai based map, but although this map is appearing nice, I think map maker should not forget that WE as players want to build our own cities including the infrastructure. This is too much, too many roads have been placed, where would the fun be on a map where all roads are already there? Please, and to all mapmakers, keep it solely to a 'map' and leave the infrastructure for us.

You could try to ignore the error information and enter the game, then manually delete the content that dlc included and save the data. When you load the savegame next time, everything will be fine.

Game crash is not the map's problem, you should check your RAM size and if the virtual memory are enabled.
