WAY too quiet! Can't be heard over the fan of my laptop unless I max out my volume, and I'd imagine all other sounds would be deafening, so without modifying all other noise, this is sadly a no go

Love this mod

Alright, no problem

I don't really want to rebuild this mod for the sake of one song.

@asinski I'm very sorry, but there are only 5 alternative music themes in the game in the main menu, so I can't add this song, but I can replace it.

Could you add M.O.O.N. Dust in here too please?

plus this one when i restarted the game:

-----

S_StartSound: Failed to load sound '*#music/l4d2/l4d2_c1_pc.mp3', file probably missing from disk/repository

-----
Maybe a long ago i removed the main menu manually, because i found it annoying? anyway, i checked all this after "checking file integrity" (steam downloaded 5 missing files), but everything is still the same. is there a configuration file that could be changed to silence the main menu music? if i once removed the main menu music and forgot, maybe that could be also related, if its possible...

which file i should check? promise i wont write anything after this, lol

@R+5 Sorry, but I do not know how to solve your problem with music in the main menu. :steamsad:
@R+5 23 Jun, 2020 @ 11:25am
i removed your mod, and found that i still have no music in the main menu, but sound effects are still working. do you have an idea of how i could have removed the music from the main menu, or how to reactivate it? anyway thanks for answering.
@R+5 23 Jun, 2020 @ 10:29am
I have other sound mods, but afaik none affect the main menu. i have rebuilt the sound cache each time i added a sound mod, just in case, and so far all seem to be working. in the in-game list of addons only two or three are listed as conflictive, but they work (yours isnt listed as having any issues).

@@R+5 you can type in console snd_rebuildaudiocache
Maybe it helps you ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯

@@R+5 Right. Only background Main Menu.
Do you have any music mods else?
@R+5 23 Jun, 2020 @ 7:14am
what else i can try to make it work?
@R+5 23 Jun, 2020 @ 7:14am
i dont have the music after running the "snd_etc" in the console, and restarting the game. Also, this only affects the main menu background music, right?
