hmm, the xml is simple and their is no lua coding atm, so I would have to assume that the problem is with another mod

Hello again! There's this problem that's been showing up as of late: every time I build this wonder, I can't access the purchase screen in that city any more. Any idea what's up with this?

but the Library of Congress is the 2nd largest library in the world and NY is third based on the number of items
