I'd just love to see a variant of the black turtleneck that doesn't make speaking totally overpowered, for example, or even a version of the vacuum that doesn't completely replace sneakers. (Especially because both the items look pretty cool!)
Sort of, but the main reason for the mod was probably more to demonstrate the possibilities to the modding community. And a little bit of humor, maybe.
I wouldn't mind at all if someone took these ideas and made a more "balanced" set of accessories.
I'm looking forward to using this mod! Whenever they put a sale on the expansion. I haven't finished the base campaign yet, if I finish it first I might get it without a sale. Just trying to be good.
A bit confusing as V2 released so close to FF release and there are 3 categories:
A) New things in Vanilla V2
B) New things _only_ available with FF
C) New things in FF, not in Vanilla V2, but _could_ be (with mods).
Well, the back pack already doubles food carrying capacity (assuming that's what you mean). But sure, we could have an accessory that doubles (or triples, etc.) and ups Feeding skill too.
"Or walking speed and capacity?" Same for sneakers (increase Fitness Talent), we could merge the two.
That's brilliant! Could probably make an animation of staff using the cape to "wipe it up".
The Cape is a very simple model currently, but maybe that could change.
The "clean" animation might need some help from other modders though.
Also note that the cape is increasing underlying talents so they will level up sooner. IMO, I would swap the SuperPower Cape off to a different staff to let them level up faster. (i.e. share it).
I find the cape is pretty hilarious, but it will also be awesome for sandbox aquariums when you just want to make a neat looking aquarium and worry less about running it.
