The difference is that you use the recoil of the rope or you jump lightly.

Hmm... this is *almost* what I'm looking for, but instead of just laying an elbow shot to the back of the head, they sit their opponent up, step back and then do a sort of Tito Santana flying forearm or flying elbow to the back of the head. I don't suppose you've seen anything like that? I can't seem to find it anywhere...

This is a cool move, though. Simple yet effective and very realistic. In a real fight, you don't need anything fancy to finish the fight.
