yeah dvar's mountain breaker is really match with this mod.

Just a note about a previous comment where you say you can't change mountain sectors: Dvars do this very well with a level IV military technology called "Mountain Breaker".
Used on a mountain, we get an exploitable mountain sector, and used on a exploitable mountain sector, we get a fertile plains sector. From there we can use your mod to exploit the sector of our choice.
I don't know how to create mountains, or how to grow forests on a mountain sector, but I thought that the "Mountain Breaker" could have a place in your "terraforming spells" mod.
The mod in its current version already allows us to make the best use of all sectors of a city; so that there is no obligation ...

Ive tried to put before and caused some weird issues
But wait a little time, I wanna fun to play empire mode with the new race.
Would it be possible to add the remaining terraforming? could even be as a later technology, second rank of the terraforming outpost, to change the clime of the terrain, Arcadian, Arctic, Arid, Fungal and Volcanic, I'd also like to have a default forest terraform since some maps don't have amazons on them.

Instead of the forest icon, change it for a combined icon of which resources the terraforming spell will yield, for example, a icon with a green leaf and a yellow lightning bolt for Arcadian, to indicate it will increase food and energy, or a icon with a orange cogwheel and, ahm, purple worm that is stuck into a knot and is eating it's own tail ( don't blame me ) for arctic to indicate it will increase science and production, and so on.
Or use the in-game terrain icons, like from the game wiki here : aowplanetfall.paradoxwikis.com/Sectors
And at least add to the terraforming description which bonuses the terrain change will provide.

Would it be possible to add more Terraforming spells? to change the clime of the terrain, like Arcadian, Arctic, Arid, Fungal, could be on a later additional technology, improved terraforming.
Also, I'd like to see Forest added to the spells, because I don't see a reason for it to be exclusive to amazonians, specially when they can sometimes not be on a map, and with the way invasions and events occur now, this is pretty much a need because of how these events RNG can pretty much ruin your colonies
like I said, I can provide the save file that has the error ready to be tested, and a full log file if that will help to fix the issue

I have a save file that will crash if I try to select military technology from another faction

This mod not change any Existing files So i think the cause is not this mod.
