Maybe your airport didn't had 4 stars (as the main airline requests) until you built the large stand. :)

Do you use any modpacks which include Finnair?

it does not work i can't get it in airport ceo and it is my only finnair

You will have to unsubscribe other Finnair mods to get the contract in your game (name conflict)

Updated the N°RRA mod with an updated Finnair fleet. This mod contains now two contracts including multi livery support:
N°RRA with ATR72 (2 Liveries) and E190 (2 Liveries)
Finnair with A319 (2 Liveries), A320, A321, A333, A359 (3 Liveries)
