However, his other moves are... really lacking. His jab doesn't connect into its 2nd hit, DTilt feels awkward (same with FTilt), Neutral Special has too much startup and endlag for it to be doing SIX percent, as well as poor range. Down Special needs far too much charge for it to really be useful; it goes nowhere at low charge and you can just stay away from him or jump for it to be virtually no threat.
