Again a little map that I think is a bit meh, but I'm glad you seem to have enjoyed it overall!
(I think this shouldn't need spoiler tags since it doesn't give away a precise solution, but I used some in case you think otherwise :-)
Thumbs up
I don't know, this one might be one my worst xD thanks anyway!
Yeah, I probably won't use P1 style again anyway. But I had to, for variety's sake :P thanks for playing!
Portal 1 style stairs are bad. They should have an invisible angled player clip to allow smooth walking.
Honestly it doesn't skip any major move, so I'd think it's maybe not worth going back. Your call though. I added the intended way in the description. Still thanks for playing!
Hmm I thought there wasn't enough time to do that, at least it must be really tight! Still thanks for letting me know, and for playing :)
@Byzarru
Well done to you too!
Thanks for playing :)
@jandlml
Congrats! I'm glad you got there!
@JustErroR^
Wow you must be a very skilled player if you pulled off that jump. I doubt a lot of people can do that though, and since it's obviously unintended I don't think it's really worth fixing. Thanks for dropping by!
At least your goal is right, once you do that you'll be able to complete the map. Also that screenshot is definitely a glitch, it might be happening because the angled panels aren't deployed by default... if it's the case I should be able to fix it. On the other hand it shouldn't make the map harder to solve at all.
@Atom
Thank you very much! :)
@范天帝Ye Fan
Yeah I do know that's possible. However it's fairly tricky and since cube throwing is largely considered as an obvious exploit, I don't think it's worth preventing.
Thanks a lot, glad you enjoyed it!
@Dark Rozen
So your exploit should be fixed. However I won't fix the gap between the fizzler and the glass, using it is a bit silly and it doesn't skip any step. Still thanks for playing!
@Teo
Thanks, I appreciate it. I'm not a fan of pellets either, mainly because they are inherently timing based. That's why I used an infinite pellet for this map. But still, I don't plan on making regular pellet puzzles!
@Spacekitty
Thank you! Like I said, I won't fix the gap, however thanks for bringing it to my attention :)
@Joric
Thanks a lot for your time and all the videos, they helped me iron out a lot of things. Now I believe I fixed all the unintended solutions you and others have found, although since there have been several of them already there could very well be others. Your "intended" video is definitely closer to what I had in mind, but it uses a lot of unnecessary steps. I will upload an official solution video momentarily to clarify.
However, you can shoot through a small gap between the glass and fizzler. Doesn't really skip any steps, although it does skip some uses of the button that turns the fizzler off. Just something I wanted to mention :p
