Looks like you are playing the experimental version. You have to go into your steam settings for Empyrion and opt out of all betas so that you can play the stable branch. Let me know if that works.

It's odd. I'm the right level. It's red in the list and it says "Wrong Version" to the right in the area where you can spawn or delete... etc. I'm playing 12.6.2 2938
Must be some sort of bug.

Interesting. It's clear on my end. Are you in a single player game / multiplayer server with specific rules for blueprints or block limits? As far as I am aware, everything on the ship has current block/devices within legal device limits built in Alpha 12. Also, make sure you are at least level 10 to spawn it in.
