Knowing that Valve will never add these type of things, maybe you can submit these cosmetics to Creators.tf
These works of art need a place in the game and that may be a great way to do it :)

I think it fits pretty well. I believe its based off Cobra Commander's helmet from the GI Joe cartoon which started in the 80s, so it is a bit ahead of TF2's set time but I think it still fits well enough with the retro future tech that you can see in TF2
