can we get a prmit mineing building not just this Mining Rig that wood be rilly cool

I have found that adding 4 hover boosters, way out where the outer rim meets the support beams (by the docking pads) has REALLY helped me use this.

I can get it away from big digs easier, and I can "boost" it up into the Scimitar easier. I recommend anyone using this rig to give it a try and see if it facilitates easier usage.

yes it only fits one way, with the open area facing the front of the door Scimitar-Class

I've now updated it with arrows and now has the missing ammo box

as for lifting it when its full load, it storage is only meant to be a buffer and should be emptied into the Scimitar-Class before transporting

A last comment... I took the mining rig for a spin. Deployed in a base, took the Scimitar, made all the docking process, went to the wilderness, deployed the mining rig and started to mining crushed stone. We use it a lot for some BP, right? So, after mining to get a full load, almost 12k of crushed stone, I tried to get out of the spot I was. It didn't work. I don't know why, tbh. Did a lot of testing, putting more thrusters and hover boosters, but the rig was like stuck. Engines working, fuel, everything ok. My last thought is that the hole that I digged was too wide/deep and the rig wasn't able to get out of it... I will look more of that tomorrow. I need to test to see if the scimitar is able to take the rig and itself fully loaded of ore.

The mining rig has a rocket turret but no ammo box...

So, actually, You don't dock on the mining rig but the mining rig docks in the scimitar... You have to bring the scimitar in a closer position and in a distance that the mining rig will be able to user their thrusters to get up and dock in the scimitar!!! Ease when you understand :)

Hmmmm The mining rig is intended to be boarded using the pilot's seat open area, right? This is what I am calling "front area"... So, what about some painting indicating the "front area"? It's hard to identify it when your coming to dock...

Actually, after some testing, I was able to get to the pilot's seat from the open front area... But it's easier from "behind" hehe

Well, first technical question... how do I get to the pilot's seat? :) I am not sure, but the cell is closed on the wrong side? This way I didn't manage to get to the pilot's seat, but only when I take one of the blocks behind the seat. The open area is in the front seat area. Actually, I can access the pilot's seat using the front area but the access point is so narrow. I am not sure how that would be in the wilderness.
Second point: how do I dock the scimitar and take the mining rig with me and how do I undock it...?
