Would be cool that if we choose a city that is near the border (for example San Diego) incidents like this occur more at the Tijuana-San Diego Border where they pass though the border line outside of the state's jurisdiction instead of popping up out of nowhere in the middle of the city (realistic for cartel convoys or drug smuggling in progress).
