I think the stats should look like this :

Pros – Shots Have Very Little Downward Drop (Like Crusader's Crossbow), +300% Damage, On Hit : Targets Suffer From Poisoning (Identical to Bleeding; 40 Damage Over 5 Seconds), +30% Accuracy
Cons – +5% Bullet Damage Vulnerability on Wearer, -40% Firing Speed, -60% Clip Size, -20% Reload Speed

I think its stats would be a higher damage output, but it reduces your health regen and has a smaller clip size, it would also be more accurate with a faster projectile and a faster firing speed.

looks very cool and very different from the other syringe guns

@-=ShErM=- what about a short burst of (5?) syringes (with a cooldown of course) for the alt fire, also, there's no way they'd make it only by medic healing, there could be no medic on your team, it would probably be like being hit by the alt fire of the wrap assassin, except there'd be a short burst of projectiles rather than a single projectile.

Looks like it's lighting is a bit buggy, maybe edit the phong mask? It does look rather cool though. What does it do?

my main class is Medic, and we Medics realy need a gun of this type

The white-colored set is a good touch, there aren't many white weapons right now
However, it might look better if the white matched the Medic's coat better
