Couldn't you use the Coastal Artillery skin for that, while they had their own pattern of tunic, it's similar to other German uniforms of the time, and has Kriegsmarine insignia on it. Plus the matter of I'm not really able to find any good reference images of the Marine-Stoßtrupp-Kompanie - one had a jacket that looked like the CA's jacket.

They are called the Seebataillon.

Yeah, they were like the normal German uniform but with their Insignia of the Kriegsmarine.
