They are better for hitting targets far away (they need to go in a sort of straight path towards the target to hit it) so if you have a target less than 1km in front of you they wont work properly because they would just lock onto each other right as they launch instead of the target. What you need to do is put a gps coordinate say.. 2km away and the change it mid-flight to the correct target so all the missiles fly in a straight ish line. About the ladders I put ladders on the main missile and I added one on the missile behind. Unless you want many people on at the same time I dont see why you would need them since the missiles are only controlled from one main one.

You might want to check on thee missles again because they just fire and don't hit the target that I put into the keypad also there are not laders on all of the missles so please add more
