Well actually, in most games and such, (and even the movies), you can change the fire mode of the canons. I just went with 2 at a time since it looked pretty cool in Rouge One

great ship. Only isasue is that X-Wing cannons each fire at solo intervals.

Yeah, I'm not sure if that's possible due to how the landing gear work (they close and lock the wings once deployed). i'll give it a go at some point know and upload a better version

i found it and made one. but i couldn't figure out how to link the s-foils to a hotkey

Not an official one, but you can carefully remove a plate on the bottom nose and body to get to all the logic!
