This will be coming to WH3 along with my Alith Anar next time I'm home. Should be 2-3 weeks or even a month if my work takes me out of the country.
Not a bad idea. Probably not going to happen but not bad.
Does anyone know if this is happening in their games? Just me? I'm trying to go through anything I have related to Dark Elves and find what's causing this, because I like transforming Malus occasionally. It's a cool mechanic when you're in a pinch.
Thanks! I would consider that, but it is not a priority. The whiter skin is deliberate, in keeping with his description in the books and depiction on novel covers. If I ever do there will be a link to it in this mod's description.
@ÚwÚ
Sure. All I did was use this program called Reshade. You can find all sorts of configurations on the web for what settings you think look best. https://reshade.me/
As for the colors, I had the essence of Chaos in mind, that which signifies something is Chaos related but not neccessarily god specific, which across both Warhammer universes tends to be portrayed as pinkish red, moreso in 40k with the Warp/Eye Of Terror but you can still see hints of it in Fantasy with the Hellcannon colors.
The 'lorefulness' of it doesn't bother me, I consider it to be true to the spirit of the story and in-line with the overall Chaos aesthetic, considering Malus's 'loreful' transformation is far less spectacular in the books, he gets black eyes and more veiny, which not only isn't very Slaanesh like but obviously wouldn't read well in a game of massive battles.
@recolor complaints
Not sure where's the problem. If you're in love with the vanilla colorset, just don't subscribe to a mod that changes such things.
Maybe it's bc I'm no Warhammer-nerd, but to me it's totally legit to recolor this ugly "pinkish purple". It's already enough that nearly every single DF faction does need that ("unbelievable threatening") hearth on their banner.
Can't describe how illusion-breaking it is to play a supposed to be "dark" faction if you simply cannot take the happy-rainbow-vanilla-color it has gotten for serious.
So if you're ok with that, lovely, but you shouldn't use a recolor mod then or just delete the containing "faction_banners_tables" within the pack yourself. If it's not enough to get the banner back to pink, I rly don't understand what makes you wanna use the mod.
@GunKing - Thanks for another fitting variant to alter players' TWW2 experience!
Welcome guys! I'm going back to work for another 3 weeks so I won't be able to update this mod whenever CA decides to release their latest patch, this mod will still work however.
Thank you very much!

My pleasure. That mod is delightful, brings out many features and colors in the maps that could go unnoticed.
I took these shots but it was with KLB's ReShade, and yes, that was the exact mod I used in conjunction with many of these pics.
Thanks! What did you have in mind for Imrik? I thought his armor was already badass.
@^1Shep^8ardov
It is not, it was made by someone else. Who just commented it looked like. He will post it as a mod entry sometime.
@TRÄP LØRD, maca0147
Thanks guys!
