It depends on what the Item is intended to do.
This mod, as described, focuses on animals, plants, and the environment. There is no list of tools/items.
However, the basic items produced by animals and plants can be displayed.
For example, it can be indicated that cow produce milk
However, not all mods correspond to what animals produce. For example, Alpha Animals and other special treatments.
It will probably work, but since I haven't touched Rimworld for a while, it is highly unlikely that I will be able to handle any anomalies.
Here's a screenshot of what I mean https://imgur.com/a/uDqcBPb
Notice the blue antlers. This isn't that big of a deal but does help when the masks are used to create patterns
Thank you for your comment. This can be done from the mod options.
(1) Open the in-game mod settings and Select "Rimpedia".
(2) In the center pane, set "Show Record commands for Pawn" to X.
If you cannot open (1) mod setting or it still shows up even if you set it to X, please post it in the bugreport thread.
I tried using Achtung and Rimpedia together in my environment and did not encounter any errors... I was also able to use the communicator and right-click menus normally.
I think it is probably due to conflicts with other mods...
If possible, please post the error details and logs in the "Bug Report" thread and we will investigate.
The issue came from the Mod "Better Loading". It's outdatet and after I deleted it, every other Mod works fine (including yours). :)
As for the window size change, we used to implement it experimentally in the past, but we disabled it in an update a while ago because the layout was often broken and the display was too delicate, sorry.
If I can think of a way to make the display work when zoomed in or out, I will implement it.
The cause is probably a conflict with another mod.
This mod includes a process (process to add points) after the Cut or Harvest of the plant.
However, if the Cut or Harvest process of the plant itself has been completely replaced by another mod, the aforementioned addition will not work and points will not be added.
... Thus, the cause can be presumed, but it is difficult to find out which mod is causing this... The solution is to find all the mods to replace the process itself and deal with each case individually. However, this is impractical, so the root solution requires changing the process itself, which takes time...
In the past, I checked with Seed Please (now Lite), where a similar event occurred, and with Vanilla Plants Expanded, which was reported, but it seems to be different...
Sorry I can't help you. I will try to address the issue once I find the cause, but it may be difficult to resolve the root cause.
I have all mods installed from the vanilla expanded series. :)
thx in advance!
I thought I had fixed the bug in the previous update (2022/12/24), but the problem has not been resolved...?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in understanding and reproducing the situation, but can you confirm the following?
(1) Is this mod the latest version?
(2) Is it running version 1.4? (1.3 is almost never updated)
(3) Is it correct that "the observation button is displayed" or "the observation command can be specified" even though "the observation is completed (the progress bar in the upper right corner of the illustration book is 100%)"?
If it gets too long in the comments section, you can post it in the BugReport thread.
If used with RimNauts2, this mod should be loaded before Universum, the prerequisite mod for RimNauts. (if the loading order is not below, an error will occur!)
Specifically, the following loading order is recommended.
Core.
[... .OtherMod...]
Rimpedia
Universum
RimNauts2
[... .OtherMod...]
I believe it is probably an effect of another mod, as this mod does not modify the handling of the food for taming. We will investigate this as well, and if we find anything that might be a problem, we will fix it.
It is great to hide details about an unobserved species (animal / plant). But when clicking the "i" information button (the one that always have been in the game), we can already see all these informations.
This is why I don't see the point of all that "hiding feature"
Could it be possible to hide the informations in there as well and "unlock" them through the pojnt system you implemented like in the Rimpedia menu page ?
In my opinion it would add a lot in term of immersion for discovering new species.
It is exciting not to know anything about something until you have studied it and it would feel more realistic/logical.
Thanks for your consideration in my request and I hope this is something that could easily be implemented (at least as a configurable option) :)
Thanks for the report!
We are aware of the matter you have pointed out and the bug in question is the result of an update. We plan to update and address the issue as early as this week.
Sorry, there is no indication in this mod of what can be created from an item.
As the description says, only animals, plants, and environments.
Sorry... This mod cannot display mod-specific values that are not in the standard.
(Due to the difficulty of knowing how much to assume...)
@Meyar
I don't know much about it, but is it WikiRim or something else?
With the change from 1.3 to 1.4, Rimworld's internal processing may also change.
This is my prediction, as I don't know much about BetterLoading's internal processing, I suspect that BetterLoading is tweaking the various loading processes to make loading more visible.
On line 32 of the attached Log,
```Verse.StaticConstructorOnStartupUtility.Verse.StaticConstructorOnStartupUtility.CallAll_Patch2()```
The patching process is called "StaticConstructorOnStartup", which is the process of reading values at the start of Rimworld, and I believe that this error occurs because the process of "StaticConstructorOnStartup" fails in the middle ( perhaps the process was changed in 1.4).
It is thought that the loading of the World fails because there is a process to load the World Tile data in other mods and Rimworld itself in this StaticConstructorOnStartup process.
This is just my guess, and the truth will not be known until BetterLoading supports 1.4... :(
wtf BetterLoading is just to see the inital loading better, what is being constructed, patched... and nothing else in the game but is messing the world gen. I did use it in 1.3 before it was updated to it and it wasn't resposible for any errors for me and the same way now people confirmed it was working back them, so I thought it was safe to use like before.
Also using it with Prepare Landing who is just updated to 1.4 and without your mod broke the entire world gen
Some errors is still showing using my modlist but is expected, I'll wait some more to start a playthrogh in 1.4 tho
I have checked the Log.
I would like to confirm one point, are you using version 1.4 of Rimworld?
If so, we have investigated this environment and it appears that BetterLoading is not yet 1.4 compliant, which is why these errors are occurring.
We observed the same errors as in Log even when launching without Rimpedia and with BetterLoading, including multiple other mods.
If you remove BetterLoading and still get the same errors, could you please let me know again?
My Player.log with the mentioned errors: https://pastebin.com/7rBjXaEJ
After checking the error message and the description in the mod,
it seems that there is a mistake in the description of the "Biomes! Prehistoric" triceratops.
If you don't mind editing the mod, This error can be corrected by taking the following actions.
1. Open the following file.
(your install path )\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2860715703\1.3\Defs\Animals\BMT_Triceratops.xml
2. Line 183, Change "texPath" as follows.
<texPath>BMT_Prehistoric/Animals/Triceratops/Triceratops</texPath>
->
<texPath>BMT_Prehistoric/Animals/Triceratops/TriceratopsA</texPath>
( The path to the image you want to refer to does not exist in the old, so we have corrected it to a reasonable one based on the previous and following descriptions and images. )
The most recent update only fixes a parameter (not related to GUI like Window) used in Rimpedia, so it probably has no impact.
However, I do not use the Multi Player mod, so I am sorry, but I cannot confirm if it is affected or not... sorry.
私の環境でも同様の事象を確認し、コード内にミスがあったため修正しました。
アプデにより駄載獣かどうかを正常に判断できるようになっていると思います。
他MODとの競合かと思い、Harmony + Rimpediaの最小環境で確認しましたが、マッファローでも駄載獣ではない判定となってしまっています。(そのため、キャラバン時のグラフィックも見ることができません)
マッファローのオブジェクト詳細の駄載獣欄は "はい" になっていることも、実際にキャラバン隊を編成できることも確認しています。
