I hope you end up updating this some more, would love to see more changes to the insides of some of the holds like Solitude castle dour. I noticed with Whiterun when I had an Imperial Victory, there was a Stormcloak flag that showed up on the other side of the Imperial flag that appeared as well..so an extra flag appeared of the opposite side.. you could you see it when going down the steps to the market in Whiterun..just wanted to let you know. Otherwise great mod.. some glitches but it does look great for the most part.

The reason why it doesn't work with Civil War Cleanup, is because these flags use the script the trash uses, to appear.

Can you get this to work with the mod Civil War Cleanup?

Well, this mod no longer works because I used the mod "Civil War Cleanup" and now the banners are all gone.

@ ACTUALLY THAT BAD. The WET and COLD mod is a mod that makes Skyrim's temperatures have an actual impact on the environment and it's citizens. Frost build up on clothing and armor. Breath Condensation, Rain Puddles, Drips, Splashes, and if you have rain gear, NPCs will wear it. WET and COLD-ASHES is a DRAGONBORN mod for, Solsthiem's Ash-Fall from RED Mtn. Just like the rain, except it's Volcano Ash. Cloaks of SKYRIM really compliments all 3 of these mods, giving an awesome level of immsersive detail. If you don't have COT, GET'EM! COT is a Climate mod. STEAM has the lite version, but Nexus has the full version for all of 'em.
And I also think you should look into the SKYRIM CENSUS MOD.

"WET AND COLD ASHES" and "HOLIDAYS''. I think HOLIDAYS isn't working anymore, but there is a mod for Celebrations and HOLIDAYS, it's called "SPECIAL EVENTS OF SKYRIM" This is one of my ULTIMATE FAVS. It celebrates the entire TAMRIELIC HOLIDAYS! Oh yeah, it's that awesome! AFTER the defeat of ALDUIN, the date is entered into SKYRIM'S CALENDER, you can even add DOVAKIIN'S B-DAY!!!

i love your mod i love it to death but i unforuntaltly have some problems the flags show but in dawnstar the imperial flags cause the white hall guard and the stairs and door to the white hall (jarl's house) to de-spawn and i havent checked winterhold yet but other than that whiterun and riften and windhelm awesome and thanks and i hope you can fix this please

I think I'll focus on finishing this first. It was my first time working with scripts in Skyrim and I'm still very inexperienced. With time however, I might.

I'm fairly certain that the mod is outdated. I haven't worked on this since before Dawnguard

having problems. The only flags that appear are the gray mane house flags. every other flag doesnt appear. Also, the battle borns have an imperial flag even though the stormcloaks won the war.

If you're still working on this, why not have a statue (but not a shrine) of Ysgramor? It would be lore-friendly as he was the first harbinger and Jorrvaskr is literally a stone's throw from the shrine/tatue to Talos.

Dibella was a temporary replacement for Talos ;) I couldn't find any statue of Akatosh in the game so I worked with what I had :)

The Imperials are supposed to replace Talos with Akatosh not Dibella! No one really cares about Dibella she is the Godess of prostitution while Akatosh is a dragon and the head of the Gods. Agree..

I'm afraid I really can't say. I haven't worked on this mod since before Dawnguard, and that's a while. It's most likely uncompatible with most other mods by now :/

Is there anyway to activate liberation? I installed another mod that cleaned up solitude and whiterun after the battle. I uninstalled it and it still seems to be in effect. Is this why I am not seeing the victory flags?

I cannot see any victory flags in any cities. I'm with the stormcloaks and there are still imperial flags in solitude! any help?
