Boglar Shaman's CTT'd as are the Sea Trolls
Revisited the Warpstone chain for Rotblood and slapped a quick fix on it, T1 and 2 provide +1 cap for each Fester Mercenary Unit, T3 and T4 provide +2 and T5 provides +3.
I know it's not the best solution as they already cost Warpstone to recruit but the only other method would involve cloning all the units to remove their caps. (I dont have time for that).

Well at least my mod folder is all cleaned up :P
I have tried it specifically with only OvN and this enabled and it won't launch until this is disabled. I am going to try Cleaning my Data folder and re-downloading all mods to see if that fixes it.
Can't play without CTT but equally can't play without OvN! :)
