I enjoyed to play this map.

However, one of the incoming highway connections is blocked by water at the edge of the map, so no traffic from this one incoming highway. Luckily ths map have two incoming highways.

After so many starts which went to nowhere, this map I found to be meeting my specific needs to create an island province, and having a wonderful time building a small city. Thanks!

@Czardus yeah i know. I just accepted it as a challenge, it's not that unrealistic.
I distributed small fire ponds in the forest, fire watchtowers and 5 fire helicopter depods. It's really fun! Good work! :)

@Pegasus - You can disable fire spreading via the game options.

It's just sad that there is often a fire and then the whole map (forest) is on fire at once.

That would be "base game." Some of the DLCs, especially Mass Transit, are very cheap during sales now (which are frequent between those here on Steam and the ones on the Paradox website). Mass Transit is one of the most important DLCs for expanding the game - along with Industries and Parklife - and at this point the majority of players consider Mass Transit to be almost part of the base game itself. I highly recommend picking it up during the next sale.

What is the term for a game with mods but without DLC's? Because everyone has access to mods, but most people can't afford the DLC's.

I consider vanilla to be no mods or custom assets required.

Playing this with the Waiheke theme and New Tropica color correction. Looks great and am enjoying it.
