I don't know what I'm doing wrong... I have all the assets, and the custom map theme, but for me, this map is absolutely broken... The map theme will load on other maps, but not this one. It 's beautiful though, Just wish I knew what I was doing wrong.

JonSafi - Are you running the unlimited trees mod?

I'm still having trouble getting all the trees to show up. It seems that all the interior trees do not load and I'm confident I'm subscribed to all assets/themes/etc. per asset reports. I've also tried selecting all props and adjusted to elevation to no avail. See here: https://imgur.com/a/dfMTyWx

Any thoughts as to why this might be?

You mention on your youtube channel you removed all vanilla buildings with loading screen. Can you post the skip.txt you are using?
