I have used both Prepare Carefully and Character Creation, but there is a slight bug where the ears will remain the same body color if you change it? Is there a way to fix this or am I just missing something on it?

What happened specifically is they changed the code for spawning incidents to use a pair of new settings 'minDays' and 'maxDays'; these did not exist in 1.4 and earlier. The resulting change meant that the manhunter pack spawned right away instead of waiting ~1 day. The repeating part was a 50/50 chance of it happening again.

I have since changed it to happen in 2-5 days in 1.5 In the next version which I will release tonight.

@SoulessOne Thanks, I'll be fixing it in the next update. Something changed between 1.4 and 1.5 it seems (my run in 1.4 started off as it and didn't have the issue)

- Initial update to 1.5, Dev version of HAR Required for use in that.
- Major refactoring of some code

VERSION 1.5 UNSTABLE NOTE
The 1.5 version of Humanoid Alien Races is still being worked on, if you want to use this race mod with 1.5, you will need to use the Dev version of HAR. I can not guarantee that there won't be an update that causes errors; however I will do my best on my end to not do so. There are some visual issues with baby tails and ears that will be fixed in a future version.

- Added a compatability patch for Dub's Bad Hygene, this is required because it does not expect custom life stages.
- Young cutebolds learn at the correct rate now.
- Numerous tweaked stats to possibly make cutebolds more useful outside of mining minerals in the dark, gathering plants, and looking cute.

Playing these little guys in my Rim Colony i can confirm .... they are ADORABLE and i feel myself compelled to protect my little bolds as best as i can building them a underground mountainhome with gardens and all ... i love this mod.

Hopeful compatability with biotech soon? The xenotypes seem to be causing a lot of problems when these goobers are put into the mix.

@k/\ttnjiå, I would hazard a guess that the xenotype uses a body type that the cutebolds don't have a texture for.

Additionally there are a very large nuber of other errors in that log. I would guess that there is a lot broken in other mods beyond some missing textures from my mod.

Having some graphical issues with a cutebold pawn. So bad it breaks the entire game, lol. The pawn spawned with Seertusk xenotypes from the "Biotech Expansion - Mammalia" mod. Possible mod incompatibility?

Something weird's going on with the backstories. I'm using Prepare Carefully, and when I try to randomize the backstory of a character it gives an error, and the Cutebold options don't appear in the selection menu. They still generate when I create a new one though, so I'm not sure what's causing it.

@solidsnake8608 and Nicknoob243, I'm using a slightly modified body texture for children from the DLC. It isn't too different from the one used in BnC.

Rimworld uses the same base head texture from babies all the way to adults. Babies have a special texture for the swaddling and don't actually use a body texture. Children and Pre-Teens use the same body texture, but the heads are offset differently. Teens and Adults are the same way with the head of a teen being a bit lower than an adult.

If custom textures for life stages becomes easier, there is the potential to use more body textures.
