Just tested, it works fine on my end.
Try moving it down in your mod load order.
If that doesn't work, Import.
If neither of those work, I'll take a look at the mod again and see if anything is missing.

I don't know if this is supposed to happen but I can't seem to talk to the very big weapon trader in the hub, am I supposed to import?

I'm not going to use this, but I just wanted to stop by and say that the description made me laugh.
