It is problem in your "Enhanced Sandbox NPCs", read the error. There even no references to sb advanced nextbots.

Whenever I shoot a nextbot, they don't take damage. How do I fix this?

Quite possibly the best NPC mod I've ever seen. The AI can get a bit awkward sometimes and can stay still for too long in fights, but...
A: Works with literally any playermodel.
B: Even if it can be awkward at times, the AI is still good, particularly on maps that are built for NPC battles.
C: No lua errors that I have found yet. I install probably far too many mods on Gmod, and so far I have had no issues that I can't fix in-game.

Как оказалось это у всех nextbots, за это отвечает nb_update_frequency

Заметил не приятный баг(?), с ботами (bot add), некстботы двигаются с задержкой анимации, с какими то рывками, а на чистом сервере собстна без ботов такого не происходит. Это аномалия какого то аддона?

Зомби вы и сами сможете сделать, если правильно будете использовать базу, ближний бой (поддержка оружия ближнего боя) планируется, но не сейчас, так как сейчас нет времени на работу над аддоном.
