It would be my honor to attribute my work to you. I already did!
Lurmey  [skapare] 14 nov, 2023 @ 11:38
That's no problem, thanks for letting me know. If anybody wants to update the mod just leave a link here in the description or credit me as the original author. Thanks
TurtleShroom 13 nov, 2023 @ 13:37
Since this Mod is dead, I'm going to incorporate it into my work. It's... not really anything like assets or such, so I'm not sure if I really need to notify you, but I am.
TurtleShroom 13 jun, 2023 @ 13:56
Do you remember when I asked you about the Traditional Chinese Mod?

I found the Thing Def: it's called " CiPian ", and its Cleanliness should be set to one[/]b, if that is possible. The Mod's Porcelain is rare, valuable, and take a LOT of time and research to make, so its Cleanliness should be worthwhile.

update? :x

1.4plz
miku567 30 okt, 2022 @ 5:02
ok, no rush
Lurmey  [skapare] 29 okt, 2022 @ 15:42
@miku567; Provided Ceramics updated and 1.4 didn't change how cleanliness works, it should yeah. I'll get around to updating my mods at some point, just going through life stuff lately.
miku567 29 okt, 2022 @ 12:58
Does it work with 1.4?
Luinithil 7 sep, 2022 @ 6:01
No hurry, thanks for your time!
Lurmey  [skapare] 6 sep, 2022 @ 11:58
@Luinithil, I haven't really been focused on maintaining my mods lately but I'll see if I can take a look soon.
Luinithil 6 sep, 2022 @ 6:04
Hey Lurmey, there's a new mod in the Expanded Materials series (Stones and Mortars) that also adds ceramics/porcelain, would you be agreeable to patching that too? Thanks! https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2859334065
Lurmey  [skapare] 21 dec, 2021 @ 11:45
@Xidon Eye; No problem, it looks like the patch will already take effect since the def name is the same. I added your new mod to the description and LoadAfter in the about.xml, will upload shortly. :)
Xidon Eye 21 dec, 2021 @ 10:46
@Lurmey could you add Ceramics Crafting into your patch. it uses the same porcelain name (N7_Porcelain) as tie vef version.
Thank you.
DanP 12 okt, 2021 @ 17:56
Thanks!
Lurmey  [skapare] 12 okt, 2021 @ 11:05
Fixed :)
Lurmey  [skapare] 12 okt, 2021 @ 10:35
Ah yeah it'll be patching it out as for some reason the PatchOperationTest just refused to work and I have so little time for modding right now. It should be set to always succeed regardless so I'll check that and fix it.
DanP 11 okt, 2021 @ 17:45
So, I added that mod you mentioned in your last comment: Ceramics VEF. That resolved the error. It looks like it is trying to patch it out whether or not the user has the other mod installed.
DanP 11 okt, 2021 @ 17:28
Thank you. I get a new error now, though: https://gist.github.com/3909da80a08c5e65d467acce55f43e6e
Lurmey  [skapare] 11 okt, 2021 @ 8:59
Found issue with Ceramics VEF in which a statFactor of 0.4 was being applied, lowering all cleanliness of porcelain buildings by 60% and breaking the mod.

- Patched out Cleanliness statFactor from Ceramics VEF
- Adjusted Cleanliness offset of Porcelain to 0.3 from 0.35
- Adjusted Cleanliness of Porcelain Tile in Ceramics VEF to 0.3 from 0.35
- Fixed some XML issues
Lurmey  [skapare] 10 okt, 2021 @ 19:39
This is why I need to remember to use an XML validator whenever I change things.

Fixed :)

Hi there, your updates today appear to have broken something. I tried resubscribing to see if it would download a fix, but no dice. Here are the logs: https://gist.github.com/8f9c7130bb81bf23d75112bd063f71c5

My pleasure!
Lurmey  [skapare] 9 okt, 2021 @ 18:55
Ah I see now. My bad, I copied the first patch and forgot to change the defName.

Thanks for spotting! Quick update coming soon.
Lurmey  [skapare] 9 okt, 2021 @ 18:52
@Chrispy; That's not patching it twice... That's testing for it existing then patching if it doesn't already exist. You can go to the patchOperations page on the wiki to learn more.
TurtleShroom 9 okt, 2021 @ 10:47
OP, I would suggest going to the English translation of the Traditional Chinese Mod and simply asking its author.
ChrisPikula 9 okt, 2021 @ 10:24
Er...
You patched N7_Porcelain twice.

Updated to 1.3:
- Added support for Ceramics VEF (And any future Ceramics ports that use the same def name)
- Increased compatibility with other mods that may patch the same statOffset on silver
- Had a look at Traditional Chinese Expansion but was unable to find the def name for the porcelain. If anyone would like to let me know where to find it that'd be appreciated.
Lurmey  [skapare] 9 okt, 2021 @ 7:41
@DisKorruptd; Oh cool! I didn't know someone ported Ceramics to 1.3. I'll update the patch for that version.

@TurtleShroom; I don't use Traditional Chinese Expansion but I'll take a look. The armour isn't really applicable to this mod though.
DisKorruptd 9 okt, 2021 @ 3:06
I've just tried to use it with Ceramics VEF, unfortunately, it does not patch for that mod's porcelain (same mod, but using Vanilla Expanded Framework to use their existing to do things code I guess)

TurtleShroom 23 sep, 2021 @ 12:16
The Traditional Chinese Expansion Mod adds Porcelain and Military Ceramic Armor. Would you mind considering adding compatibility for that Mod, too?

Lurmey  [skapare] 21 jul, 2021 @ 10:24
Should work in 1.3 as-is since it's just patching cleanliness on a couple defs. Test it and let me know!
fallenscion 20 jul, 2021 @ 14:33
Hoping for 1.3
Lurmey  [skapare] 28 feb, 2021 @ 2:40
Ah, I might stop by, but I've been quite busy lately and Rimworld is low on my priorities right now. It only takes a few seconds to patch in a material when I know the specifics, so it was no trouble adding Silver.
DisKorruptd 28 feb, 2021 @ 2:31
like I said, you'd have to stop by Mlie's server to ask Hydromancerx and Rasutei about the specifics, they were the ones asking about the other metals in specific
Lurmey  [skapare] 28 feb, 2021 @ 1:06
I don't use Cupro's Alloys so I'm not familiar. Which metals should have cleanliness values and how strong are they?
DisKorruptd 26 feb, 2021 @ 19:53
They might be wanting others but you'd have to ask there
DisKorruptd 26 feb, 2021 @ 19:51
Some of the guys in Mlie's server are suggesting additional support for Cupro's Alloys Brass

DisKorruptd 26 feb, 2021 @ 19:32
ah, neat, thanks!
Lurmey  [skapare] 26 feb, 2021 @ 18:58
@DisKorruptd Thanks for the reminder. I've updated to provide silver 0.2 cleanliness and the mod is no longer dependent on having Ceramics installed, so it can be used independently.
DisKorruptd 26 feb, 2021 @ 16:39
Any word on the update?
DisKorruptd 8 dec, 2020 @ 18:40
I dont believe anyone has made it, so I appreciate it (plus would give a reason to mark the mod as 1.2, making this mod appear in searches that specify version 1.2)
Lurmey  [skapare] 8 dec, 2020 @ 13:27
@DisKorruptd; That's a brilliant idea! I'm not sure why I didn't make it as I've had the idea before. When I find the time to get back into Rimworld I'll be sure to make it if someone else hasn't already. :)
DisKorruptd 7 dec, 2020 @ 19:14
Would also appreciate if silver received some sort of inherent cleanliness buff, given that silver is used in making sterile tiles
Lurmey  [skapare] 25 aug, 2020 @ 12:43
Should work fine in 1.2, but yes please do report back if anything goes wrong! Thanks
beetlecat 17 aug, 2020 @ 19:56
I'll assume this simple patch doesn't need to be "updated" for 1.2, but i'll report back if there seems to be an issue
Lurmey  [skapare] 22 jul, 2020 @ 14:56
:)
Jdude145 22 jul, 2020 @ 14:14
That did bug me, now that you mention it. Nice!
