Use LL's mod manager and in the centre above the ribbon there will be something called "Updates". Click on that and then select everything and "Copy Selected to Mods Folder". This forces Steam workshop files that have been downloaded to actually be placed in the mods folder. They will then show up correctly.
I don't really understand what you're trying to say with your second point. It obviously works with the origin character NPCs. In fact it *only* works on them. See the workshop screenshots.
It is now fixed on this end, and the mod will have compatibility with that specific mod-added class again in a few days when that mod author finds the time (very simple fix).

its only the conjure pick that is messed up.
it could be a other mod that mess it up just i cant really see what mod it would be.
It works fine for odins classes but i wanted to have Fane as a Conjurer, and he just keeps taking his basic skill setup.
oh ok... welp... i guess i gotta get me a windows computer — but thanks for responding in any case
