This will allow your socketables to be used on any piece of gear... basically allowing high level socketables to be used at low level if you want. Its purely user choice to use this, and user choice to put your socketables in the gear... it can unbalance things if you make the choice to do so. But some people wanted it as a continued option.

Checkman the only way to do that is to merge your mods together really. Just don't publish other peoples work on the workshop without their permission first.
