I believe fuel cutoff is labeled as "Fuel Valve" and bleed air is on the right side of the engineer panel.

You can spawn it in through a custom mission or an edited workbench

Hey Enzocats me and my friend would like to know if we could have permission to use your 707 model to make a KC-135 model
We'll be emptying out the cabin, adding a boom and boom operating station, resting quarters, a new livery for it, and of course it'll need more fuel storage but other than that we'll be keeping it the same

it should work, i looked and there were no problems. i was able to take off fine. maybe the plane in your mission spawner is outdated?

at this point its just an issue with the traction and the plane's mass, i can't turn up the grip on the tires any more so there's not really anything i can do about that
