Thank you for reporting. Fixed the mesh.

I did some digging and it looks like the model has the texture named as "W_P38.jpg" while the actual texture is "W_P38.png". I renamed the texture in a model editor and it worked for me.

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but for me the textures are missing
