@dysfunction Sorry, I have been using a mod to hide notifications so never raised this was an issue. I will see if I can fix it but I doubt I can.

The best solution I found is raise then terrain under the asset (higher than the water), then level it out (or shape it) with (invisible) networks and move it.
The way the game determines if a road is flooded uses the actual terrain height so this works.
I would also recommend getting a mod to disable notifications for underwater roads.

This is really cool, any way to prevent it getting flood markets without raising it unrealistically high?

it's actually pretty cool. I've created a couple of beaches and added this as a "secure swimming" area away from sharks etc. actually looks pretty cool once you get it all level and facing the correct way.
