Are there any plans for a 20x25 X Large gate? I have a number of planes which come under the XL category but too long for 20x20 (and 20x20 is large) but too short for the 25x25. A good mid point is needed if possible.

Ahh, I get you. Shame that is the case as the jetway is good but having it showing up as a large gate is confusing.

I have made it as a large gate
I can change to small 1 but then i loose the jetway

So basically it's the game automatically designating it as a 'large' gate rather than it being a bug with this mod?

Reason the small 15x20 whit jetway is large gate is that small gate has no jetway and i like that some small gate using plane have jetway.

Hi there, just a small big report and a request. The 'Small 15x20 with jetway' shows up as a large gate (The small 15/20 without jetway shows up as a small gate).

As for a request, would it be possible to either have a less wide jetway for the smaller gates (at 2 squares door width rather than 4 squares) and/or allow stairs upgrades for small gates without jetways (When I try to put stairs on, it keeps telling me to align them up)

The idea is to get the tail of parked aircraft further away from the taxiway so passing planes don't clip through them... But also if you think about it, it would be cool to have gates on a 5-tile depth increment so you could make "curved" terminals. So it would look like this:

20x40, 20x35, 20x30, 20x30, 20x35, 20x40 (the taxiway is single and straight, but the terminal will "bow" out in somewhat of a curve to meet the gates.

I'm just looking for ways to make the game more interesting, and allow for more unique terminal designs. Everything is based on the gate size ploppables, and thus every terminal looks pretty much the same.

If I had the knowledge or ability I'd do this myself. But I'm glad you do.

So you can make road across the "top" of your gates or below them for function and vehicles will drive across them?

i am working on a other new gate they are going to be 10x30,15x30,20x30 and was thinking of 30x30 but i can also made it like you want 30x40

*Raises hand* I have a question. Since you seem to be on top of how this works, perhaps you can help me with something I think the game has needed for years...

Issue #1: You know they made changes to create clearance between the taxiways and (foundation - because you can still clip through hangars) to prevent "clipping". My issue is that planes clip through parked aircraft at the gates, and thus the gate ploppables should be made DEEPER (read: Small and Large should be 20x30, and XL 30 x 40) which would move the parked aircraft further from the taxiway.

Issue #2: Can "road" be added on both the gate side and taxiway said of the stands to allow vehicles to pass, without them having to drive on the active taxiways (and thus be run over by aircraft)?

Hello, thanks for this workshop item. However, 10x15 small gate does not work properly, it deplanes but cannot load departing pax. Also, is it possible for you to make remote gate version of them?

it has to do whit the atlas
my gate mod is big and you need 2 atlas
and when you use the outdoor floorpack it start to delete walls

I'm not currently on edge. Have reverted to an earlier save for the time being. For me it was using items from the outdoor floors pack. Same thing happens with ModAir's fast floor pack. More commented so the problem is on the radar than anything else.

I am having the same problem as @xx_alpha1 My walls, roads, and taxiways have all disappeared, for me it was related to the ground pack tho, have't tried the gates yet

That is a game bug , that is already fixed in edge , so switch to sa edge , then it will work.
